STRUCTURE:

CONCRETE:

3. U.G SUMP water proofed.

1 coat with white cement/2coats with Birla putty/1coat with Asian wall primer and final with 2coats with ASIAN premium emulsion.

Teak wood polish with melamine matt finish

A site consultant also checks the supervisor performance and verifies the quality on weekly basis.

All structural details are checked by structural engineers before the respective concrete stagewise.

Architect site visits done in all stages .

TEST REPORT:

Foundation Soil test done. Based on the soil report depth of foundation taken as per with soil N value.

In all M20 grade concrete works cube test taken for 7 & 28 days respectively and quality of concrete checked with external agency by doing compressive strengths. All reports available at site with site supervisor.

SLUMPCONE test is performed on the day of mass concrete for ROOFSLAB/BEAM/FOOTING/COLOUMN.
